Fitness At Your Home was created with the intention of providing all fitness related information including Gym and home workouts along with the recipes. I strongly felt that there was a lack of reliable health and fitness information on the web for starters, hence I created workout plan that can be done at home with very minimal equipment. There are workouts from day 1 to day 18 with no repetitive workout until day 18 is done.
